Who can join the early-access list?
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re already part of our community or joining us for the first time.
When will I receive the offers?
Our Black Friday offers and purchase details arrive by email Friday, November 6 at 10 am. Signing up after 10 am that day? We’ll send you an email! Signups close November 6 at 11:59 pm.
How do I purchase during early access?
Call or text the studio with your preferred package, or speak with us at the front desk. We can take payment over the phone or add the package to your account and arrange payment at your next visit. Our front desk team would be more than happy to help you choose the right option.
Can I purchase online?
Early-access prices won’t appear in online checkout through Mindbody or the Serenev app. Please contact the studio or visit the front desk to purchase.
When does my class pack activate and expire?
Class packs are valid for 1 year from your first booked class, not the purchase date. Your pass activates when you book and attend your first class, so you can purchase now and start when you’re ready.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused credits do not roll over after the expiry date.
