No experience is required. Your instructor will walk you through machine set-up, spring selection, and how to move safely throughout class.
Reformer Flow and Align are ideal for beginners. These formats move at a comfortable pace and focus on technique, foundational exercises, and proper alignment.
Yes. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. They can be purchased in-studio and reused for future classes.
Both styles offer challenges in different ways. The Reformer adds spring resistance and a moving carriage, which can increase intensity. However, both Reformer and Mat can be modified for any level.
