Tina is the passionate owner of Serenev Studio, and a certified Pilates and Barre instructor. With a deep commitment to helping individuals feel their best, Tina infuses each class with her enthusiastic energy and personalized attention. Her journey from pilates enthusiast to certified expert showcases her dedication to excellence. Tina’s warm and inviting style creates a supportive community where everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, can thrive. 

Mahsa

Meet Mahsa, our dynamic Pilates instructor with six years of fitness industry experience. Specializing in reformer Pilates for the past two years, Mahsa is not only a certified Pilates Instructor, but she also holds certifications as a Barre Instructor, Personal Trainer, and EMS Instructor. Her classes blend classical Pilates teachings with her unique style, offering an intense and invigorating workout. Join Mahsa for a transformative session with her supportive and motivating atmosphere in every class. 

Adel

Meet Adel, Serenev Studio’s Master Instructor 

Adel discovered Pilates 10 years ago and has since specialized in Mat, Reformer, Barrel, Chair, and Cadillac, working with clients of all fitness levels, including seniors and those in rehabilitation, to enhance functional movement, core strength, and flexibility while prioritizing the mind-body connection.

Adel’s teaching methods blend classical Pilates principles with creativity, seamlessly incorporating choreography to ensure each session is enjoyable, progressive, and promotes awareness of body movement. Her approach helps you connect with your body and perform each movement with intention.

Passionate about both Pilates and people, Adel designs her classes to help individuals embrace their own bodies and space. She encourages moving slowly and steadily, understanding that it’s okay to pause, breathe, and connect, allowing you to progress at your own pace to feel better and move better.

Sara

Sara is a seasoned Pilates Reformer instructor with a rich background spanning over three years in the discipline. Holding a completed Matwork Pilates Qualification, she has honed her expertise to deliver a unique blend of Pilates and functional training, seamlessly incorporating elements of Cardio for a comprehensive fitness experience.

In her Reformer sessions, Sara takes a progressive approach, guiding her clients through movements designed to enhance body awareness. Her keen eye for alignment ensures that participants not only benefit from the physical aspects of the workout but also achieve optimal postural alignment.

Sara is dedicated to creating an environment where her clients leave feeling not only physically rejuvenated but also mentally and emotionally uplifted. Her ultimate goal is for individuals to exit her class with a sense of lengthened, aligned bodies and a genuine feeling of happiness. Through her thoughtful instruction and commitment to holistic well-being, Sara is poised to elevate the Pilates experience for each of her clients.

Bianca

Bianca grew up dancing at Canada’s national ballet school when she was 6 and was introduced to somatic movement from an early age. Bianca then went on to York university in joint with canadas national ballet school to further her knowledge in ballet training. In 2018 Bianca became a certified STOTT Pilates Mat Pilates instructor. Teaching clients of all ages and abilities how to use their range of motion, deep connectivity with mind to muscle, and breath work. Bianca teaches all of her students how to properly warm up and condition their bodies to prevent injuries while performing at their best. Bianca is currently completing her reformer certification. Bianca’s teaching philosophy is that education through dance is being able to accommodate various learning styles while translating them through movements and sequences that are able to help her students progress effectively.

Bethany’s style is a motivating class with a spicy twist, blending barre and strength training. All while challenging yourself and breaking that sweat. 

Parnia

Health and fitness have always been an integral part of Parnia’s life. After trying a variety of workout routines & practices, she finally found her “home” on the yoga mat. Connecting breath to movement, yoga brought the inner expansion and connectivity Parnia was looking for. As a certified Yoga, Barre, and pilates instructor, Parnia creates a safe and welcoming environment for all of her students, regardless of their level of experience. Her teaching approach emphasizes the importance of connecting the mind, body, and breath in each practice. Parnia hopes to inspire her students to live a healthier, more balanced lifestyle through moving their body.

Sanaz

My journey began nearly 15 years ago when I was introduced to yoga, discovering the profound connection between life force and the physical body. Understanding that breath acts as the bridge linking life to consciousness, uniting the body with thoughts.

After years of dedicated yoga practice, I unraveled a transformative relationship between physical ailments, pain, and the soothing effects of yoga on my anxiety. This profound discovery led me to share my valuable experiences with fellow seekers of serenity.

Throughout this journey, the power of my voice and energy became my unique identity as a yoga instructor.

My philosophy is to create a space for each student to connect with their mind, body, and soul, leaving the class feeling both lighter and more grounded. I encourage students to push their personal limits while maintaining a sense of lightheartedness.

Saloomeh

I’m passionate about transforming lives through fitness. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, I’ve honed my skills as both a personal trainer and a bootcamp/Metcon class instructor, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

As a personal trainer, I take a holistic approach to fitness, tailoring each workout and nutrition plan to fit the unique needs and goals of my clients. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall improved fitness, I work closely with my clients to create sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success.

In addition to personal training, I thrive on leading high-energy bootcamp and Metcon classes. These dynamic group workouts are designed to push participants to their limits while fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. My classes are known for their variety, intensity, and effectiveness in delivering results.

Meet Sherin, a seasoned personal trainer with a passion for transforming lives through fitness. With six years of experience in the dynamic fitness industry, I derive immense joy from guiding individuals on their journey towards achieving their fitness goals. My approach goes beyond mere reps and sets; I am dedicated to helping clients discover their inner strength and cultivate a genuine love for working out. Beyond the fitness routines, I take a personal interest in getting to know each client, fostering a warm and motivating atmosphere at the studio. Meet Nikki, a certified personal trainer and barre instructor with a passion for wellness, health, and physical exercise. Currently pursuing her Nursing degree leads her dedication to the well-being of others beyond the gym. Nikki’s goal is to lead workout sessions to inspire  and encourage her students to embrace a healthier lifestyle by integrating exercise into their daily routines. She aims to empower individuals on their journey to optimal health. With Nikki, it’s not just about fitness; it’s about fostering a holistic approach to well-being that lasts a lifetime

Nadine

Nadine, with a rich background in dance including ballet, tap, and jazz, transitioned her skills into yoga and pilates, becoming a certified teacher in both. She’s also a #1 International Bestselling Author and a certified Spinning Instructor. Nadine’s unique approach combines her dance expertise with Pilates, infusing her classes with energy and a focus on core strength and flexibility. Her dynamic Free Flow vinyasa yoga style adds an invigorating and inspirational element to her teaching.

Bianca

Bianca is thrilled to continue working with the amazing team at Serenev as an instructor. She has over 10 years of experience in martial arts and currently works in health care as a mental health professional. Over the years, she has grown a passion for mental health, overall wellness, and physical fitness. Her journey has led her to fall in love with the art of Pilates, and she is excited to help others find their own paths to loving their bodies and reaching their fitness goals.

She believes that through mindful movement and dedicated practice, everyone can achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Emily’s passion for movement started at young age as she grew up as a dancer. She now teaches dance full time and in 2021 attained her STOTT Pilates certification at Merrithew. She is certified in both Mat and Reformer. Her spark for Pilates grew from her love of teaching and that like dance, it challenges the mind and body. Her classes encourage coordination and have a strong focus on core strength and functionality.
